Our Mission
Empowering Individuals. Supporting Families. Strengthening Communities.
Hope, Inc. was founded in the San Gabriel Valley with a mission to provide accessible, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and Down syndrome — across every stage of life.
We believe that meaningful progress is possible at any age. Whether we're working with a three-year-old learning to communicate, a teenager building social skills, or an adult gaining independence in the workplace, our approach is always the same: individualized, compassionate, and grounded in science.
Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and support staff are united by a shared commitment to the people we serve and the communities we call home.
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
These principles guide every decision we make — from how we design treatment plans to how we show up for families.
Compassion First
Every individual we serve is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care. We build relationships rooted in trust — with clients, families, and the communities we serve.
Evidence-Based Practice
Our therapy is grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. We stay current with research and continuously refine our methods to deliver the most effective interventions.
Family Partnership
Families are essential members of the treatment team. We collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and support networks to ensure progress extends beyond therapy sessions.
Individualized Care
No two people are alike. Every treatment plan is tailored to the unique strengths, goals, and needs of the individual — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Community Commitment
We are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. We partner with schools, Regional Centers, and local organizations to create a network of support around every client.
Continuous Growth
We invest in our team through ongoing training, supervision, and professional development — because the quality of our staff directly shapes the quality of care we provide.
